Kennebec River Properties

Call (207) 453-9323 for more information.

The river house is a turn of the century colonial house completely restored and sits on the bank of the Kennebec River in Fairfield, Maine. The 1 ½ story home is situated on a landscaped lot on the dead end section of Main Street. It is close to I-95 and downtown Fairfield and Waterville. There is river access by its own dock for canoes, kayaks and small motor boats. A Florida air-boat is based there for access to prime fishing flats upstream and rock ledge pools downstream. Spring, summer and fall offers spectacular quiet, private paddles upstream as well as access to the Sportsman Lodge and another private island in front of the river house and upstream. See this website for Sportsman Lodge information as well.
