The most important feature of these units is their efficiency. The footing, frontwall and slab are super insulated with 2” blue foam with foam thermal breaks at all slab perimeters. A high efficiency propane furnace is the backbone of the radiant floor heating and domestic hot water. Other heating systems include baseboard heat accompanied with heat pumps for shoulder heat and air conditioning. Wall insulation is the new ROXUL made from stone, which is water repellent and fire resistant. R23 is the 6” wall rated insulation in these units. Ceiling boasts R-48 fiberglass insulation. Anderson tilt wash windows, full screen and colored trim are available.
Floor plans available include 1 or 2 bedroom, optional handicap bathroom, den and open kitchen – dining – living rooms. Expanded master bedroom floor plan also includes open or closed-in den. Both include cathedral ceilings in dining and living rooms. All floor plans are 1 story – easy living with no steps from your car parked in the garage attached to your living spaces. Each unit is completely finished upon order. Custom upgrades are available for flooring, wall color, kitchen cabinets, counters, appliances, etc.
This has a grounds maintenance agreement with all maintenance done by majority direction. Monthly fees start at $30.00 per month for plowing, shoveling, mowing, trimming, etc. The units are designed maintenance free with vinyl siding, aluminum coil stock, trim, vinyl soffits with full attic ventilation and insulation to the highest standards.
